Many struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, relationship challenges, or low self-worth. Together, we build insight into why these patterns developed while learning practical skills to create lasting change. Drawing from Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic, and a person-centered approach, my goal is to help you feel more confident and connected to yourself and others. In session I show up as my authentic self and invite you to do the same. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and often includes humor, while also making space for honest conversations and meaningful challenge. Together we'll pair a better self-understanding with practical tools (yes, sometimes homework!) to create change that extends beyond our sessions.
